Weihnachtsgeschenke für Babys

Schenkt ihr euren Babys schon etwas zu Weihnachten? Ich finde es irgendwie übertrieben, kann aber sein, dass ich da etwas engstirnig bin.
Würd mich über den einen oder anderen Kommentar freuen.

Sandra: Im letzten Jahr gab es von uns nichts zu Weihnachten. Mit 6 Monaten war er einfach noch zu klein. Dafür gab es von Großeltern Windelgeld ;) Zum 1. Geburtstag gab es dann die I'm toy Stapelburg. Superklasse Teil :)

Auch dieses Jahr bekommt Sohnemann nichts von uns zu Weihnachten. Allerdings bekommt er von Großeltern Bobbycar und Anhänger. Das reicht ;) Das Geschenk der anderen Großeltern gibt es erst im Frühsommer (ist eine Wasserbahn).

Praktisch ist, wenn man sich schon Sachen in Bezug auf den nahenden Sommer wünscht. Ich plane meist schon ein halbes Jahr vor, denn das passt bei uns ja gut mit Geburtstag und Weihnachten.

Auf gar keinen Fall wird es bei uns reichlich geben. Ich finde es total doof zu sagen, dass Weihnachten ist und nur deshalb gibt es 10 verschiedene Geschenke. So bekommt er jetzt nur eins. Unser "Geschenk" gab es schon vor ein paar Wochen ...

dem kann ich nur zustimmen. Ich finde übertriebenes Schenken ist nicht gut für die Kleinen und Absprachen sind unbedingt notwendig.

G.: Für mich gehört es einfach dazu! Wir händeln das so...alle größeren Anschaffungen werden sich zu Weihnachten gewünscht (Autositz.Schlitten mit Aufsatz.Zum Beispiel).
Und von uns gibt es ein Buch/Kleidchen eben nicht zwischendurch, sondern dann eben zu Weihnachten.

unsere beiden bekommen von uns was zu Weihnachten.
Auch von der Familie kommt was.
Aber auch nützliche Sachen wie Klamotten & Bettwäsche.

Unknown: Mausi war an ihrem ersten Weihnachten 8 Monate alt.

Wir haben Geld aufs Sparbuch, Kleidung und das erste Kindergeschirr und Besteck bekommen. Und ganz wenig Speilzeug, damit können die Kleinen wirklich noch nichts groß anfangen.

Aber erkläre mal der Familie, dass sie nichts schenken sollen...

sakon: Ich denke mal, eurem Minimann ist es egal, was er zu Weihnachten geschenkt bekommt. Aber etwas kleines sollte es schon sein. Schon allein das Auspacken eines Geschenkes dürfte für ihn furchtbar interessant sein und vielleicht auch faszinierender als der eigentliche Inhalt der Verpackung - so ist es zumindest bei uns.

Und überleg doch mal, wenn ihr alle zu Weihnachten zusammensitzt und jeder packt seine Geschenke aus. Meinst der Kleine merkt nicht, dass er als Einziger ohne sowas lustiges Buntes dasitzt? Also mach ihm die Freude und verpack das Geschenk besonders schön und kinderfreundlich ;-)
